Attendance Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, highly motivated and committed Attendance Administrator.

Our 2-form entry school is a popular and aspirational city school in Gloucester. For the right person it offers a rewarding and exciting opportunity to help take forward our excellent team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff.  

We are looking for a professional, highly organised individual to maintain accurate and up to date attendance records to support ongoing monitoring of attendance for all children to promote good attendance across the school.

The postholder will provide data to track pupil attendance and be the first point of contact, regarding daily attendance, for parents.

You will also be an integral part of the school office and so experience of working in a school environment is essential. Comprehensive experience of SIMS, including reporting, is also necessary.

Hours of work are 8.00am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday.
